This podcast is a passion project created by two friends who met through Instagram chats about Disney. After years of friendship and dreaming, we decided to take the leap and record our passionate chats about the parks. By looking through the lens of strategic storytelling and relationship building, she brings experience from her work in the parks and in agencies. Currently, she is the owner of Maida Media.
Kait Killebrew
Since childhood, Disney Parks have had a deep impact on this marketing manager. This writer and go-to source for current events in the theme park industry combines a passion for sharing unique parks knowledge with education and experience. Her education in marketing brings new ideas and perspectives to each case study.

Adam is a lifetime Disney fan who has a passion for all things Disney history – especially Country Bears and EPCOT! Adam is a California local, Disney Passholder, and a Disney Vacation Club Member. He joins the Carousel Project team as not only a sound editor but as a friend and fan – and watch out for his commentary and research that provides new depth to the whole Carousel Project team!
